Mashed Potatoes
5 lbs potatoes (russet or yukon gold are the best)8 oz cream cheese
1-2 tbsp milk, if needed
- Peel potatoes.
 - Cut into large chunks.
 - Add to a large pot and cover with water.
 - Boil on medium-high heat, covered, until fork tender.
 - Drain.
 - Add cream cheese.
 - Mash well.
 - Add milk to desired consistency. We never do, but you can if you want to.
